These terms govern your use of this website, run by AIM, Ambition in Motion (“AIM,” “we,” “us”), a virtual insurance sales team based in Troy, Michigan. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them.

What this site is

This site tells you about AIM and lets you apply to join the team. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, a contract, or an offer. Any role is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the terms, and roles in insurance sales are often independent contractor roles.

Licensing

Selling insurance requires a producer license in each state where you sell. You are responsible for meeting your state's licensing requirements. Licensing fees are set and collected by the states and their exam providers.

No earnings guarantee

AIM does not promise or guarantee any level of income. Pay in this field is typically commission based and depends on your effort, skill, time, and market. Wage figures on this site come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and describe national medians for whole occupations. They are context, not a statement of what AIM representatives earn.

Your application

Give us accurate information. By applying, you allow us to contact you about your application by phone and email. If you opt in to texts, the text program works like this:

• Frequency: varies
• Cost: message and data rates may apply
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using the site

Do not submit false information, spam the form, use bots or scrapers, try to get around our security, or use the site to break the law. We may block access that does.

Content and marks

The AIM name, logo, and the content on this site belong to AIM or the people who created it. Video clips from Pinnacle Life Group and others appear with their source named and remain theirs. Do not copy or reuse site content without permission.

Links to other sites, like state regulators and Instagram, are there for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, AIM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Oakland County, Michigan.
