This policy explains what information AIM, Ambition in Motion (“AIM,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. AIM is a virtual insurance sales team based in Troy, Michigan.

What we collect

What you give us in the application: your name, email, mobile number, state, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your answers to our questions.
Your text message choice: if you opt in to texts, we keep a record of that consent, including the time, the page, and the IP address it came from.
How you found us: the manager link you used, if any, and campaign details in the link (such as utm tags) or the site that referred you.
Technical details: your IP address, browser, and device type, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver the site and block abuse.

To contact you by phone, email, and, if you opted in, text message about your application, interviews, and onboarding
To route your application to the right manager
To keep the site secure, including spam and bot protection
To meet legal and licensing obligations

Text messages

Texts are optional. If you check the box on our application, you agree to the following:

These are not promotional messages. You must be 18 or older. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of applying. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Consent to texts is never required to apply. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run the site and our follow up, such as Cloudflare (hosting, security, and bot protection) and our customer relationship and messaging platform. They process your information on our behalf.
Partners needed to onboard you, such as the insurance marketing organization and insurance companies we work with, if you move forward and need to be contracted or appointed.
Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores a small note of the manager link you arrived on and the campaign that brought you, so your application credits the right person. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is submitting the form and may process device and browser signals to do that.

How long we keep it

We keep application information for as long as we need it to consider your application, stay in touch about opportunities you asked about, and meet legal obligations. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (use the unsubscribe link) at any time. Michigan does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law, but we honor these requests for everyone. If the law where you live gives you additional rights, we will honor those too.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, bot protection, and access limits. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site and our application are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
